- Why HOPE worldwide Bangladesh?
BACKGROUND
HOPE worldwide Bangladesh is a member organization of HOPE
worldwide. HOPE worldwide is a Christian International
humanitarian and development organization with its headquarters in
US. HOPE worldwide has special consultative status, the
highest status level, with the United Nations Economic and Social
Council (UN ECOSOC) HOPE worldwide has carried out holistic
development ministry work and emergency relief ministry in over 70
countries in the world since its inception in 1996.
OBJECTIVES
To create provision of support for development of economical,
social, health, educational, environmental, agricultural, human and
communicational development of the people, society, community and
organizations of Bangladesh through the establishment of effective,
practical solution and latest development process and preventive
services to the community as a whole.
OUR LEGAL STATUS
HOPE worldwide Bangladesh was registered (Reg. no. 2393,
dated. November 16, 2008) as an International Non Government
Organization with NGO Affairs Bureau of the Government of
Bangladesh and commenced its operations from 1996.

international NGO that changes lives by harnessing the compassion
and commitment of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver
sustainable, high impact, community based services to the poor and
needy.
HISTORY
HOPE worldwide was founded in response to the Scriptures,
which call us to have the heart of Jesus by serving the poor and
needy throughout the world. We began in 1991 with three small local
programs. Today HOPE worldwide operates on every inhabited
continent, serving more than one million people annually. Initially
HOPE worldwide started its activities in Bangladesh in 1996
